First of all, I want to say that I am a Christian (obviously), but that does not mean that I am perfect. It does not mean that I quote the Bible left and right ( not that I know that many verses by heart anyways ) and it doesn't mean that I'm 100% against abortion, I think fags deserve to be burned in Hell, I don't listen to a little screamo, and that I hate Barak Obama with all of my heart. Please. Cut me some slack.


Second of all, the issue I'm about to ask for each and every one of you to respond to...I am not asking becuase I want to get all up in your business. I'm asking becuase I honestly want to know, and I would highly apperciate it if you messaged it to me.


Anyways, here is my issue:


In the Bible it says that we have to surround ourself with positive people--we're not allowed to hang out with Gays and witches and all that lovely garbage.The people who constanly engage in sin.

Well, I don't know, I can't help but disagree!

I'm not going to lie. I've done some horrible things myself--such as, you know, nailing babies to walls, overdosed a couple times on crack and streaked into my best friend's house, tied up a couple kittens to stop signs.
...I hope you know that I'm kidding.
Awful jokes, but whatever.



Point is, I used to not even believe in Jesus Christ until very recently--and I mean, like, two years ago. I used to believe, I was a good little girl, then I fell into some family problems, I said to Jesus, You're not worth it, and I was like that until I met sombody who helped to change my mind, my views, and my attitude.
This kid seriously helped changed me.


So....I mean, I don't understand when parents tell their children to run away from these problems..I don't understand the people who are christians and judge the people who have done things like this...I dont understand people who hate others becuase they are obviously in trouble and the judgers don't have the courage to open them up.

I'M NOT POINTING THE FINGER AT ANYBODY; I'M NOT SAYING THAT THIS IS A BAD THING. I HONESTLY don't understand. I mean, look at me. I was the biggest screwball in the face of history, and look how I turned out. I think I'm an okay kid now. I used to be grouped in with the demonic evil things the bible warns us to stay away from and not associate ourselves with.


If we avoid problems, how do they get better? If we avoid the witches, gays, and demons, how do we get better? Why do we have to hide from each other?

HOW IS ANYTHING ACHIEVED?

Why are we, as children, are told to hide from the bad guys, to protect ourselves from the "bad guys" instead of trying to fight the bad out of them?

You're probably laughing at me, but really, I don't understand it. Maybe I took one part of the Bible and I have totally twisted it and that's why I don't understand.






Anyways, so, MESSAGE ME!!
WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ABOUT ANYTHING I HAVE JUST WRITTEN.
